Change over from POP email accounts to IMAP email accounts to have automated mail backup in cloud, and be able to see your spam folders.
– Be sure you have enough space in cloud for emails (or keep it to minimum).
– Have a local storage folder for older emails and back it up, locally or to cloud space.
